This is a digital painting inspired by my favourite poem (one that hasn’t been translated into English, so I can’t quote it). Not the effect I had in mind, though, one day I’ll have to do this with real watercolors.

I’ve just recently got a trial version of Corel Painter, and since I finally had some time, I decided to test it. This is my first painting made with it. It’s speed painting, it’s more about the colours than the drawing. The brush strokes aren’t exactly as realistic as I want, but I’m mostly working on default settings. Any tips and comments will be appreciated.
